Deleting your account doesn't always stop a subscription you bought through Apple or Google. Cancel in the store first (how to cancel), then delete.

If you're in the EU or UK (GDPR) or a US state with a privacy law like California's CCPA, you can ask them to delete your data. Send this from the email on your account:

Subject: Request to delete my account and personal data

Hello,

Please delete my account and all personal data linked to it,
including chat history, uploaded images, voice recordings and
any copies used for analytics or model improvement.

Account email: [the email you signed up with]
Username: [if any]

Please confirm when this is done.

Thank you.

Under the GDPR they generally have a month to answer. If they ignore you, your national data protection authority wants to hear about it.

What usually stays

• Billing records. Tax and fraud rules make them keep these, often for years.
• Backups. Many apps wipe backups on a schedule, so your data hangs around for a while.
• Training data. If they already trained on your chats, deleting your account won't untrain it. Which apps train on chats.
