- Terms say Venice will not use, and requires third-party model providers not to use, user content to train models.
- In 'Anonymous' mode, prompts go to frontier model providers that Venice says 'likely' store them.
- Binding individual arbitration with a class-action waiver, opt-out by letter within 30 days. Wyoming law applies.
- Minimum age is 13. Users under 18 need parental consent and must keep the mature-content filter on.
