Who we are

Hi. We're two nerds with a lot of AI girlfriends.

We use these apps. At some point we'd paid for enough of them, and been burned by a couple, that we started keeping notes: which ones are good at what, what they cost after month one, and which ones quietly change the deal later. The notes turned into this site.

What we're trying to do

Help you find the app you'll actually enjoy, and skip the ones that'll let you down. That means two things. A score for how good the app is to use. And a set of checks for the boring stuff that can wreck it: hidden price jumps, no delete button, an app that shuts down and takes your character with it.

What we think

• Having an AI girlfriend is nobody's business but yours.
• The best app is the one that fits what you want, which is why you can sort the ranking by what you're after.
• If an app's policy is vague, that tells you something too.

How we pay for this

Some links to apps are affiliate links. If you sign up after clicking one, the app pays us a commission. We might also do sponsored studies, and those will always be labelled. None of it moves a score or a check. Every fact links back to the app's own documents, so you can always check us.
