Other things we noticed
- Disputes go to mandatory binding arbitration (AAA), and you waive class actions.
- All sales are final with no refunds, including partial months. EU residents keep a 14-day withdrawal right only until delivery begins with their consent.
- Website-visitor data goes to ad partners, but the policy says chats, photos and other in-app content are never shared with advertisers.
- Chats are sent to third-party AI model providers, which are contractually barred from training on them.
